Textiles by Heather

It's always interesting to hear what people think this design is.
We have heard bamboo, worms, & snakes. As well as something that is not appropriate for this family friendly Blog.
Heather claims they aren't anything in particular - just a shape that's easy to sew around.
I think they look like Deep Sea Vent Tube Worms

Below are a few examples of Heather's Echinacea or Cone Flower motif.
The top two and middle right are messenger style bags and the middle left and bottom left are pillows. The bottom right image is a close0-up of the stitching.

Owls are the latest addition to Heather's Aviary Collection - she has many other adorable birds that I'll share with you later. But in the meantime, you'll have to be satisfied with these 2 Owl pillows. I know I said I love the crazy wheels on her bicycle motif bags - but I really love the crazy owl eyes. It's like they're trying to hypnotize you .

If you start clucking like a chicken don't blame me. You're the one that was staring at those mesmerizing Owls.

Below are some pillows with details of the design highlighted in close up photos.
